Four ways to engage me

Scoped so a delivery manager can price them without a discovery phase. Rates on request — tell me the shape of the work and I'll come back with a number and a date.

eng/integration2–8 weeks, fixed scope

API Integration Build

A third-party integration designed, built, tested, and documented — so it survives the vendor changing their API and your team changing hands.

When you'd call
You've sold work that depends on an integration nobody on the bench has done before, or an integration you inherited keeps failing quietly in production.

You get

  • Working integration with retry, idempotency, and failure handling
  • Contract tests against the vendor sandbox
  • Runbook: what breaks, how you'd know, how to fix it
  • Handover session with your engineers

I need

  • Sandbox or test credentials for the third-party system
  • One engineer on your side for context, roughly two hours a week

eng/review1–2 weeks, fixed price

Architecture Review

A fixed-scope read of an existing .NET or event-driven system, delivered as written findings your team can act on and you can show a client.

When you'd call
You've taken over a codebase you didn't write, or you need an independent opinion before committing to a rebuild you'd rather avoid.

You get

  • Written findings ranked by risk, with the reasoning shown
  • Failure modes: where it breaks under load, and what breaks first
  • A migration path costed in effort, including the option of doing nothing
  • Walkthrough with your team and, if useful, your client

I need

  • Read access to the repository
  • An hour with whoever knows the history

eng/lead3+ months, 2–3 days a week

Fractional Technical Lead

Technical direction for a team that has engineers but no one senior enough to own the architecture — without the cost of hiring for it.

When you'd call
You're delivering for a client whose project needs an architect two days a week, not five, and you'd rather not put a full-time senior on it.

You get

  • Architecture decisions, written down and defensible to the client
  • Code review and mentoring for your mid-level engineers
  • Direct client contact where you want it — I've done the CEO-facing version
  • Delivery risk flagged early enough to still be cheap

I need

  • A named counterpart on your side
  • Access to the client's technical stakeholders

eng/capacityOngoing, monthly rolling

Senior .NET Capacity

Straightforward senior backend delivery inside your process, your repo, your standards. No ramp-up tax.

When you'd call
You've won more .NET work than your bench can absorb this quarter and you need someone who doesn't need managing.

You get

  • Features delivered to your definition of done
  • Tests and code review in your existing workflow
  • Documentation your next engineer can actually use

I need

  • Repo access and an onboarding doc
  • Whatever your standard delivery ritual is
